Trusty Lip Duo

In my monthly favorites I listed two lip products, the Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask and the Dior Addict Lip Glow. These two have become my trusty lip duo as there's nothing more than soft, plump, natural looking lips. I've been singing high praises of the Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask for a while now, and I've recommended it to everyone and anyone I could - I even blabbed on for a whole post about it.

I've mentioned this before, but the Laneige lip sleeping mask is the secret to giving you the appearance of "fuller" looking lips overnight - all natural baby. If you're prone to dry lips as I am, this will be the one to change everything. High claim, I know, but it works. Like seriously, the weather is getting cold and this should be your everyday essential. I apply this at night while I sleep, as the name suggests, and I let it do all the magic while I get some beauty sleep (literally). It's a jelly texture and actually does stay on your lips all night. I'll wash this off in the morning with some water before I brush my teeth and man oh man are my lips soft. Instead of dry, parched lips, you'll find yourself with softer, fuller looking lips. This stuff is pretty much near HG level for me.

Since the Laneige lip mask leaves my lips feeling soft and visibly fuller, I liked adding a touch of the Dior Addict Lip Glow as it just added that extra tint of a rosy pink to my lips. It also helps add a touch more moisture throughout the day as the cold air is making my lips chap more so than it has in recent months. I'm trying my best to finish the Dior lip glow up (I feel like I'm close, but it doesn't look like it's moved down at all..). I probably won't be repurchasing this one for a while as I have soooo many lip products, and I'll probably just use the my Lipstick Queen Frog Prince as it essentially does the same (and that tube has a lot of life left in it).

What are your trusty lip products as of late? Have you tried either one of these?
